About These Terms

These terms ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Keeycoo.com ("Keeycoo", "we", "us" or "our"). The Terms control your use and/or access to Keeycoo's website (the "Site"), online services (the "Services"), mobile app (the "App"), in-app store (the "Store"), and product(s) (the "Product"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy.

Keeycoo may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You should revisit this page from time to time to determine what terms govern your use of the Site/Services/App/Product. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should stop using them.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

To use our Services, App or Product, you must be at least 18 years old.

To create an account, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Don't try to impersonate anyone else when you create an account. If your information changes at any time, please update your account to reflect those changes. You may not share your account with anyone else. Please keep your credential confidential and try not to use it on other websites, services or apps.

Disclaimers

You agree that you take full responsibility for your use of the Site/Services/App. Keeycoo provides the Site/Services/App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Specifically, Keeycoo:
• makes no representation or warranty of any kind;
• disclaims all warranties for the Site/Services/App, including warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, non-infringement, or operation;
• may be suspended, terminated, delayed or malfunctioning by many factors including, without limitation, terrorist attack, natural disasters, riot, terminal virus, hacker activities, network failure;
• does not guarantee the compatibility and/or availability for any platform/OS version. • does not guarantee that the Site and Services will be free of errors or defects; and
• shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if Keeycoo has been advised of the possibility thereof and regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based.

Communicating Electronically

You consent to receive communications related to your use of the Site/App from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. All notices from Keeycoo to you shall be deemed delivered and effective when sent through the App or to the Email address you provide to us.

Sales

The Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the Store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

Keeycoo reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Keeycoo may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Keeycoo may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Keeycoo reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Keeycoo confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. Keeycoo may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. The Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Keeycoo cancels an order after you have already been billed, we will issue a refund.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your shipping information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Keeycoo is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or not up-to-date shipping information.

Geekiness Reward Program

Our Geekiness Reward Program ("Program") is designed to give back to community and encourage external contributions that help us improve our Product/Services. By signing up, you participate in the Program. Your account starts from Geekiness Level ("GL") 0. We offer reward points to you when you complete certain actions through the Service, with or without delay. You may use your account points to level up the GL for free or redeem for discount at checkout. With higher Geekiness Level, you have more control over the task procedures. We offer reward points to you when:
• you complete the sign-up and log-in procedure;
• you successfully referred our app to others by using your referral code;
• you or the user you referred to complete an order;
• you report an unknown bug which is reproducible and has significant impact acknowledged by us;
• we accept your unique contributions.

Please note that the reward program, policies, reward points, discount, features and other offerings are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that Keeycoo cannot be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control once the order leaves our facilities. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Please be aware that in the event that your chosen shipping option is not available, we may need to change the method of shipping without prior notice. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.

As Keeycoo takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Store , the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please send a support request in our mobile app.

Refunds

If you changed your mind before the order fulfillment, you may request a refund/cancellation. You may be charged a processing and deduction fee if you request the cancellation after payment processed. Approved cancellation will be processed within 30 calendar days. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It can take 3-30 days for the funds to show up depending on the original payment method.

To request a refund/cancellation, login in to the App, then navigate to the order you wish to cancel, and follow the Support button to proceed.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) in its original condition for a refund. You have up to 30 calendar days from the order completion to initiate a return. You will be charged a processing and deduction fee. When we authorize your request, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code will be communicated to your account's registered email with shipping instructions. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method after a successful product inspection. It can take another 3-30 days for the funds to show up depending on the original payment method. In addition, products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

Be sure you have tried our troubleshooting steps before you request a return as many solutions to common issues can be found there.

To request a return, login in to the App, then navigate to the order you wish to return, and follow the Support button to proceed.

Repair & Replacement

If you believe that the hardware product(s) you purchased is malfunctioning after troubleshooting attempts, you may claim for a repair or replacement. When we authorize your request, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code will be communicated to your account's registered email with shipping instructions.

You are responsible for all charges associated with shipping the product(s) to us. Any product returned to us without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return. When you make a claim for a repair or replacement, make sure to send the item covered by the warranty. If we receive any other item, you aren't entitled to receive a replacement or repair under the warranty. We reserve the right to destroy unauthorized return or out-of-warranty device (or anything else) we receive.

To request a repair/replacement, login in to the App, then navigate to the order, and follow the Support button to proceed.

Limited Hardware Warranty

Keeycoo’s hardware products come with a standard one (1) year Limited Warranty. The warranty can be extended to two (2) years for the first hardware purchase for GL3 users. It is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to any third party. This Limited Hardware Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in our Products. The warranty period starts from the date of the order completion. During the warranty period, Keeycoo will, at its sole option, either replace or repair a defective product. Replacement parts and products are warranted for the remaining portion of the original product's warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. All replaced parts and products are the property of Keeycoo and you must return them to Keeycoo.

This limited hardware warranty does not cover:
• Non Keeycoo-branded products, parts and accessories.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products for which Keeycoo has not received payment.
• Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
    • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, or the use of a plug converter or transformer.
    • Unauthorized repair, modification, alteration or disassembly.
    • Lost parts that were originally supplied with the product.
    • Outdoor usage, commercial usage or usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
    • Setup with unsupported/unlisted appliances.
    • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
    • Servicing not authorized by Keeycoo.
    • Your breach of any other statement of the Terms.

Third-party Links

Certain content, products or services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on the Site/App may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

Prohibitions

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited:
• from using the Site/Services/App/Product directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose;
• to overload the Product in any way;
• to modify or abuse any part of the App/Product.
• to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
• to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
• to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If it turns out that a particular provision in these Terms is not enforceable, that will not affect any other provision.

Before you or Keeycoo file any lawsuit regarding a dispute, you and Keeycoo will attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation. You and Keeycoo will treat the existence or results of any negotiation or mediation as confidential.
